I never actually shared our wedding photos with you all. Shame! I covered our crazy haldi – pithi ceremony but failed to cover any of our other events.
We had a four day wedding with a haldi ceremony, networking night to get friends to formally know each other, mehndi, sangeet, savachini pooja (traditional for Maharastrian women), and of course the wedding and reception.
And we took our friends on the Mumbai BEST bus to go wedding shopping for two days.
Woof! It was a lot. I am breaking down our wedding into several parts so you can feast your eyes on tons of beautiful photos.
First, shopping, shopping, and the ubiquitous Mumbai bus.
I learned a lot about wedding planning and have so many dos and don’ts after. One of the most important was learning to work with a photographer and things I regretted but really shouldn’t.
In the end, I would have the same wedding again in a heartbeat. Well, perhaps with newly painted walls at the Golf Club.
Love these photos-they say so much!! Love the staring out of the bus window one and the holding the dupatta to the nose one. Really nice!
wow im just loving these, it’s like one big adventure! look forward to seeing the rest x
The photograph covering the nose with a duppatta is just hahaha! Grt image though….
