Sarah and Safraz (also known as Afo) decided to celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary with a photo shoot at Knox College, a postgraduate theological college of the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada. Their wedding, was a small, intimate wedding that did not include a professional photographer.
So, on their first anniversary, they decided to book a photo shoot and incorporate many photo ideas they would have liked to have had on their wedding day. Both were dressed in their wedding attire and made it that much more fun to take photos.
This is a great idea for those who didn’t have a professional photographer or “big wedding” the first time around. Mark your first year anniversary, hire a photographer, and do everything you want!
I am so in love with Sarah’s Muslim white wedding dress and hijab. And the wedding dress is so just romantic with the lace overlay and sequined ruched belt. Matching that with dusky pink, vintage style roses, and voila, a stunning bride!
Swooning!
There were scrabble tiles and wooden letters in various sizes, an ornate photo frame, and other really beautiful details.
Thanks to Engaging Images for the photos!
What an adorable idea!
