I have two words for this stunning celebrity wedding: eye candy! Ayeza Khan, famed Pakistani model and actress, married dreamy Pakistani model and actor Danish Taimoor back in August of 2014. The two dreamboats starred in Pakistani dramas together before taking their 7 year romance into committal mode. And from these pictures, their on-screen chemistry is just as sizzling off-screen!

We have the details and pictures from their mayoon, mehndi, nikkah, reception and walima- so prepare yourself for some worthy oohs and ahhs.
Mayoun
This bride is all-smiles with her bright colored chunri ensemble (masha Allah)! With minimal makeup, a gold tikka, and an understated braid, Ayeza looks absolutely radiant. Her pink, lime, and orange outfit is accented with complementary bangles and gold beaded chappals. More brides should adopt flats for shoes- it definitely makes dancing a lot easier.
Her hunky groom opted for a darker color scheme with his gold-embroidered, black kurta pajama.
Mehndi
Quite possibly our favorite look is Ayeza’s mughal-inspired mehndi outfit. The bright yellow and greens of her top contrast so beautifully against that bright pink lehenga skirt. Every detail in the zari work and multicolored border of her dupatta make the outfit one for the pinspiration boards. Even her regal gold jewelry- the choker, jhumki earrings, and small medallion tikka- are drool-worthy.
We’re not really big fans of Danish’s maroon kurta and white pajama combination. The kurta has heavy copper, gold stones, and pearl work throughout the collar, neck, and sleeves. Also, his kurta wasn’t cohesive with the colors in Ayeza’s outfit. His smile definitely makes up for his poor taste in clothing on this day.
*Side note: Love the cute photo wall idea with their names. It’s a nice way of letting their guests feel like celebs too!
Nikkah
Leonardo Da Vinci once said, “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” And Ayeza embodies that sentiment perfectly in her white and gold nikkah ensemble. Her natural fresh face has “noor” (light) shining through and is framed beautifully with a traditional red dupatta. The red dupatta appears to be net and we love the sheer aspect of it in terms of her face visibility. At a moment as tender as I do’s, one can see the subtle glimpse of a blushing bride underneath the veil.
In terms of Danish, we’re digging his off-white kurta and black brocade vest combination. He looks every bit the dashing groom masha Allah.

Baraat (Reception)
Natasha Salon dolled up the gorgeous Ayeza Khan for her big day. Ayeza went for a dramatic look in terms of makeup with gold, shimmery eyes and a fabulous red lip. The bold brows really complement her makeup and confirm brows as an essential accent to any look. She looks oh so glamorous masha Allah.
Now, can we please take a moment to admire this leading lady’s locks? Her side French braid is perfection- almost Rapunzel inspired.
Ayeza’s wedding reception outfit was very traditional. The bright red lehenga top had beautiful work all along the neckline. If you look closely, there are subtle hints of green along the borders and within the dupatta. Overall, she looked beautiful in her traditional attire and we loved the diamond and ruby jewelry she chose to wear. The set is so elegant and understated with the lehenga- they pair beautifully.
Sadly, Danish underwhelmed with his traditional, gaudy sherwani. While his pagri is almost regal, the sherwani has way too much going on unfortunately. We’ll let him pass because seeing him smile next to his new wife is just too adorable (mA).
Walima
And ladies and gentleman, we saved the best event for last. Ayeza and Danish’s walima #ootd’s were picture perfect. Ayeza donned a cream, peach, pink wedding dress that was heavily adorned with jewels and beading. Her peach lips and rosy cheeks left her looking absolutely radiant (mA). In terms of jewelry, she opted for a more traditional gold set along with a matha patti (headpiece jewelry). We’re not huge fans of the headgear, but her romantically swept hairdo forgives the minor discrepancy beyond measure.
Now, Danish stepped up his game majorly on the walima day. His dark grey suit is perfectly tailored and extra points for a normal-looking tie.
