Twenty five of India’s best fashion designers got together for the grand finale of Amazon India Fashion Week. Inspired by the crafts of India, designers featured different styles and craftsmanship that stretches across the vastness of the Indian culture.
The collection theme was the “Sunset” – colors of reds, pinks, oranges, and yellows graced the runway in saris, jackets, lenghas, and anarkalis. The featured couture designers included: Abraham & Thakore, Amit Agarwal, Anamika Khanna, Aneeth Arora, Anju Modi, Ashish Soni, Gaurav Gupta, JJ Valaya, Manish Arora, Manish Malhotra, Monisha Jaising, Namrata Joshipura, Pankaj & Nidhi, Raghavendra Rathore, Rahul Mishra, Rajesh Pratap Singh, RG+RK, Rina Dhaka, Ritu Kumar, Rohit Bal, Sabyasachi, Suneet Varma, Tarun Tahiliani, Varun Bahl and Wendell Rodricks.
Setting the stage on fire with hues of royal crimson, gorgeous reds and fiery orange, in ensembles that highlighted Indian crafts and weaves at their best. Below is the full collection and we’ll try to update it as we figure out who’s who on the list!
