Lush gardens and waterfalls and a gold, orange and red color palette make up this spectacular Mediterranean-themed wedding straight out of Las Vegas.
Anindita and Aadhar married at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas. Bride Anindita donned a custom red and gold saree complemented by gorgeous jewelry. She also wore a mukut (ceremonial bridal crown). Groom Aadhar wore a traditional gold Sherwani and a topor.
The traditional Hindu ceremony took place at the Edge Lounge. The ceremony kept mostly to tradition, with a bit of modernity thrown in. During the rituals, the couple walked seven steps together around a fire committing to each other for a future life together.
Post-ceremony, the lush gardens were the perfect spot to stroll through and take photos.
The Valencia Ballroom, where the reception was held, featured rustic timber and a beautiful vaulted round ceiling. Surrounded by windows for natural light, it was a truly magnificent place. Golds and oranges decorated the room, along with pink uplighting.
To begin the evening, Anindita’s niece performed a classical dance. Later, there was a live musician and traditional indian food was served. The dance floor was full throughout the night too!
Congratulations Anindita and Aadhar! Wishing you many good things for years to come!
