What’s more fabulous than shades of blue with a dash of luxurious orange? This JJ Valaya lengha of course!
Use multiple shades of a color and match it with a complementary color. Here we have blue hues with a bright orange piping the dress. It’s simple but stunning in execution.
Bold Spring Pink {Color Palette Monday}
Spring is right around the corner and that means lots of pretty colors. Instead of going with the usual sweet pastel colors (which we will in the future), I decided to go with a bold spring palette with pinks and greens.
And who doesn’t love that bumble bee enjoying the sun and a little flower power?

This palette is a bit more bold and would be perfect for the wedding outfit matched in with a flower bouquet that has a neutral base with one or two colors.

It’s almost Valentine’s day and that means color palettes that are romantic, sweeping, and gorgeous.
Today we are revisiting the elegance of a Neapolitan inspired palette. Chocolate berry, raspberry, and cream. Yum and beautiful!

It is a week left to Christmas so we figured we would have a color palette just for those glittery, super fun, bauble ornaments.
A bold but dusky palette of red and pink matched with blue, green, and even a gray-purple. Perfect for a winter or summer bride!
Emerald – Pantone Color of the Year 2013 {Color Palette}
Pantone announced last week the color of the year. It is Emerald! Bold, beautiful, classic, emerald is a color of jealousy, love, and eternity.
And for South Asian brides, a gorgeous color for any skin tone. We cannot wait to see all the lenghas and saris celebrating the color of the year.
For today’s color palette, we choose a sari by Shantanu & Nikhil, an ode to an ombre of greens. And emerald of course.
