It is Holi, a fun filled time for Indians to throw powdered colors at each other. If you want a perfect excuse to get messy and to have fun like a child, Holi is your holiday.
Being in Sweden at a balmy -2C, means no running outside in the sun and heat. Instead, I’ve decided to cheer up my spirits by making a rainbow cake (a take on the ombre cake) to celebrate the colorfulness of Holi.
