Hello lovelies! This week has been packed and crazy! To all of you who love us and support us and read our articles, from funny to controversial, we thank you.

Thank you dear awesome readers. And thank you to amazing advertisers that help make the wedzine happen.
And speaking of advertisers, we want to welcome two new sponsors. Say hello to The Saloni Collection, a bespoke and pret-a-porter jewelry shop. Located in San Jose, California, but shipping and oogling nationwide, check them out if you want stunning jewelry.
Second, please say hi to the Bollywood String Ensemble. If you love violins and strings and classical music but worried having a quartet might not be that exciting to your South Asian guests, then you haven't seen anything yet. Bollywood String Ensemble plays Bollywood songs, yes Bollywood songs. Want the theme to Monsoon Wedding, violin style? Well, you got it!! BSE is based in NYC, New York but is available to travel.
Heading to our color palette of the week. We stuck to something simple and elegant with chocolate, gold, and cream color theme.
From there, we put together a three part series on the bridal boudoir and the dudeoir (perhaps also called a groomoir?). Many brides take boudoir photos for their future husband/wife and while we love that brides do it, what about grooms? Should grooms, and men in general, be allowed to take dudeoirs?
Men are just as pretty as women, so why not flaunt those good looks regardless of your chest hair or pot belly. And if you are interested in your man doing a dudeoir, we have six tips on having a successful dudeoir.
This week we also started a series on silk, aptly named The Silk Road. I told you it's been a busy week! Nadya will be bringing the world of silk right here, to your BFIW fingertips, for the next two weeks. If you missed out, be sure to check out Part I and Part II of the series.
In between silk and dudeoirs, we have a stunning featured wedding by Studio Uma. Laura and Nikhil had a stunning fusion wedding in Austin, Texas. See the photos. Need I say more?
On Friday Food Finds (okay I just made that up), Shriya discusses the masala about chaat. Those delicious bhel puris, yummy pani puris, and chilled out dahi vadas are to die for. But they are also to-die-for-messy. Don't worry, you can have chaat at your wedding and eat it too.
Last, for this week, we wanted to let you know that we are hiring a sales person! If you love people and weddings and looking for a part-time, commission based position, then you could be joining our team!
Oh, actually, I'm not done talking…hehe. I want to give some shoutouts from around the web:
* a carnival wedding in Indonesia… the bride made all the treats herself!
* delicate roses and flowers made from sugar art by DecorationDreamz4u… when you think about the intricate details and work that went into them, all you think is wow!
* very cute video on youtube by Jas Mohain on getting married.
Grab your chai and have a wonderful Sunday!
