Flagship sponsor of the India Couture Week, Shree Raj Mahal Jewellers, ended the haute couture Indian fashion show with a bang.
Bipasha Basu was the showstopper in a classic dark red lengha and kundan jewelry.
The jewelry collection comprised of classic diamond pieces with large emeralds, rubies, and sapphires and traditional Indian gold sets.
The latter was far more interesting and unique. Stacked bauble necklaces, geometric jhumkas (umbrellas), and even thin chain gold necklaces were modern takes on classic Indian craftsmanship.
These two pieces are my favorite jewelry sets from the whole collection. I love wide chokers and jhumkas and both have them. The set just below reminds me of pearls in their shells, instead with gold balls on gold sequins.
This matte gold earring and necklace set has beaten gold encrusted with rubies. But the earrings, are just to die for gorgeous. You won’t find a style like this often!
Plenty more gorgeous jewelry sets to admire.
