This week’s Summer Cocktail Recipe plays on the famously “Pink City” of Jaipur, Rajasthan – named for its light pink, centuries-old architecture. The drink is a quick and easy mocktail with a pretty pink hue that will impress your guests at a outdoor or summer reception.
It can even be made into a cocktail with whiskey – to make a Jaipur Julep! Just add a shot of whiskey to the drink instead of tonic water. Although be forewarned that your drink might not turn out bright pink in the cocktail form.
Cheers to Jaipur!
