Regina and Arvind met at Yale back in 2005, assigned to live in the same apartment complex. What started as a beautiful friendship blossomed into a wonderful romance, culminating in this fusion Hindu Catholic ceremony at an upstate New York mansion.
The venue was the beautiful Monteverde at Oldstone grounds, a vast outdoor space with greenery and fresh air. The couple even got to play golf in between festivities!
The decor was themed around fall colors: bright reds, dull oranges, and vivid greens.
The wedding ceremony itself was Hindu, with the bride wearing traditional South Indian garb, complete with flowers in her hair.
Groom Arvind matched the South Indian getup too, wearing a white lungi for the wedding and changing into a bold green kurta later on.
The reception was Western-style, in a lavish ballroom with pretty lights and rose centerpieces. The bride and groom glided across the dance floor very much in love and in style.
Regina wore a gorgeous white wedding gown for the reception, and Arvind looked just dashing in his tux.
Lots of love to this magical, happy couple!
