We have quite the love story to share with you this morning. Grab that cup of coffee and cozy up with us to read about the beautiful union between two coworkers turned lovers.
Nikshubha, a self-professed Bollywood freak, landed her first job at the Mumbai Mirror at the entertainment desk. This is where she met Sandeep, who worked as a sports reporter. The two started meeting for lunches and dinners at the office and soon extended their dates to restaurants outside the workplace, and well, the rest is history!
Nikshubha’s best friends, Kaveri and Akshay of Designer Events, Inc. submitted Nikshubha and Sandeep’s wedding to us and were able to tell us all about it.
A little haldi from the sisters and friends to color the bride.
The Sangeet & Engagement
The Ladkewale, being true to their Punjabi roots, were all set to dance at any moment remained spellbound on the Sangeet day by awe-inspiring performances by the bride’s side (all prepared by the help of YouTube choreography and some born dancers in the family). The script to the dance show was written by the brides’ best friends’ mother. Whistles were distributed to the crowd who became a part of the performances by not even being in it.
The Engagement thali was handmade while adding kaliras to it to give a decorative look.
The bridesmaids wore pink as a common color and walked next to the bride on her big day assisting her with all the usual bridesmaid duties with her lehenga, getting snacks and calming down her nerves before the ceremony.
Thank you for sharing Nikshubha and Sandeep’s big day with us, Designer Events, Inc.! We wish your friends all the best wishes in the world!
