When a desi bride sports a white wedding gown, we just fall in love. Our real South Asian brides here all wore white wedding dresses at their ceremony or reception, be it Hindu, Christian, or civil.
I also had to include our brides that were not Indian but had an Indian wedding (I mean, if you marry into a South Asian family, you pretty much a desi too!).
