Vibrant drapery, bright pink invitations, floral displays, and a burst make up today’s lovely wedding inspired photo shoot.
The Colonial Heritage of Williamsburg in Virginia, hosted an Indian wedding inspiration styled shoot. The bride wore her own traditional red sari and the groom provided a teal blue sherwani.
The shoot featured details inspired by Arabian-Indian style – incense, pouring mugs, and platters of nuts of and fruits.
Instead of the full height table, we have a low laying table, intended for sitting on the ground–surrounded with colorful decorative and intricate patterns. The use of gold cutlery and hand painted plates complement the floral motif. Gold leaf painted jars and copper lanterns sat surrounding the pillows, while a peacock adorned the cake table.
Thank you to Lindsey Lyons and her team in Virginia for sharing this photos with us!
