A few weeks ago, Matt and I attended the San Francisco Wedding Fair at the Four Seasons in downtown SF. This year’s fair was full of lots of colors, inspiration, and fantastic vendors.
We also had the opportunity to attend a private brunch, which was full of delicious. Might I say those blueberry pancakes were the best little goodnesses I have ever eaten. Ever.
Anyway, I digress! The show was huge! The photo gallery has more than 100 photos, be sure to check out all the beautiful dresses and wedding inspiration!
We’ll go over all the vendors we were able to meet (apologies to the ones we didn’t) and break them down by category.
Wedding Treats
Chantal Guillon
Macarons, who can resist these delightful little French treats? Evidently no one, because we couldn’t even get *near* Chantal Guillon‘s table with the mob of brides delighting themselves on these desserts.
Lucky for us, we already had an opportunity to meet Mme Chantal and try her macarons at her patisserie in Hayes Valley, San Francisco. What is really exciting is that this year they will be offering airbrushed monogramming service on the macaron. Now those will be some hot treats!
Sibby’s Cupcakery
Love cupcakes? Then you will love Sibby’s Cupcakery. The cupcakes were fluffy and light and very very yummy.
Wedding Dresses
Jin Wang
Jin Wang is a San Francisco wedding dress designer. Her lovely, chic designs are ethereal.
This dress just reminds me of Audrey Hepburn!
Event & Floral
Floramor Studios
The flower queen of San Francisco, Floramor Studios knows how to make flowers sing. This year, they designed something special by having a taste of weddings around the world.
And aren’t we thrilled that Indian weddings have made it onto the stage!
I love this simple mandap that focuses on the Ganpathi in rose petals.
Persian inspired wedding layout. Love the whites with the dash of radiant orchid!
Hartmann Studios
For lighting, tableware, and more, Hartmann is one of the most well respected companies in San Francisco.
This blue and white dining set is classic, yet exciting.
Venues
Inn at Park Winters
A cosy drive out of the Bay Area, will take you to this magical place. The estate home is just gorgeous and you can’t beat the scenery and the beautiful gardens.
Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco
It’s downtown on Market Street, right next to the shopping district, and it’s the Four Seasons. Need I say more?
Catering & Drinks
Sweet Springs Rentals
John, one of the founders (along with Cynthia), is a fun gentleman. That is him pictured below with the fedora hat. He will make you any hot or cold beverage and chat up a storm too.
Sweet Springs can bring a gelato cart, espresso bar, chocolate fountains, or frozen drinks to your wedding. Think how amazing this would be at a mehndi or sangeet function? Gelato ice cream, chais, and chocolate!
They are located in Walnut Creek and work with couple all over the Bay Area.
New Delhi Restaurant
One of the most well known Indian restaurants in the Bay Area, New Delhi has been around for more than 25 years.
Le Grand Courtage
A French sparkling wine, Le Grand Courtage is perfect for you to serve as a celebratory bubble or as favors. Their wines are fresh and tasty, and not sweet like astis.
Miscellanous
Oyé Productions
When we interviewed Mr. David Robinson of the Four Seasons San Francisco, he told us that the speakeasy style was back in fashion. And that means bourbon and cigars. Patricio, who runs Oye Productions, has all his cigars hand rolled. They can dipped in different liquors and can come in different sizes. When he offered brides-to-be a chance to sample the cigars, he was flocked by them! It’s not just for the men, ladies, everyone can enjoy a little time outside (where smoking is permitted), and a classic cigar.
Magnolia Photo Booth Company
Photo booths are just so much fun! Guests can pop into a booth, wear props and get their photos printed like they would at a real photo booth. Magnolia Photo Booth services several large metro areas including San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

Overall Rating:
Vendors – 4.5 Stars
We loved the vendors, and we had a blast. They were all super friendly and easy to speak with.
I would love to see more cake and desserts at the next event, but overall, was very satisfied.
SF Wedding Fair – 4.5 Stars
The Four Seasons brought their game face on. From the time you enter to browsing around the different ballrooms, there are Four Seasons representatives everywhere. And, there is a vendor guide to help you navigate the show.
These two Four Seasons attendants were two of the funniest and nicest gentlemen we met. We just had to capture a photo of them.
There was plenty of sparkling wine and food, though it did run out well before the end of the show; which is why we docked the half star. Coat check, an espresso booth, a men’s den, and water was easily available.
