When Neha Mittal and Abhishek Agarwal got married in Pune, India last year, they didn’t just have an Indian Wedding. They HAD a Big Fat Indian Wedding.
It was fantastically epic. Neha wore a collection of designer lenghas and dresses and looked like she floated off the runway. Abhishek styled in true maharaja form: the sherwani, the turban, all the glam for a groom.
It was a maharani and maharaja wedding!
The Bingo & Sangeet night which featured a grand prize giveaway of two cars (yes, cars) took place at the Oxford Golf Club, Bawdhan, Pune. The other giveaway goodies were iPads, iPhones, and macbooks. It was an Apple heaven.
The wedding and reception converted the Radha Raman Lawn, Koregaon Park, Pune to the decadent Dolmabahçe Palace in Turkey.
When I asked Neha what was her favorite moment, she said, “My favorite part was the jaimala (garland exchange). It happened in a very melodramatic way and all eyes were only on us. It was truly special.”
Thanks to Knots Forever for capturing this stunning wedding of Neha and Abhishek (and no, she is not related to *that* Mittal).
