Our wedding today is about bright colors, a decadent cake, and a super sweet couple.
Sheeba and Subin were married at the Immanuel Mar Thoma Church in Houston, Texas. Followed by a reception at the Safari Texas Ranch, they had a wedding filled with purples and golds.
As they had a Christian, South Indian wedding, Sheeba wore a classic wedding dress with lace and her bridesmaids sported purple magenta saris with orange roses.
She had a single braid going across her hair with little pinned curls. So very pretty!
And who doesn’t love a bride spinning with excitement?!
Sheeba tells us:
We wanted to to be elegant but fun! We used vibrant colors such as purple, orange, and gold. Beautiful flowers, candles, shiny tablecloths, and lots of music! Our emcees, family, and friends put on quite the show with games and dances during the reception which entertained everyone!!
The hardest part of the wedding was finalizing the invitation list and making the seating chart.
My advice for future brides and grooms? Do not stress! Whatever doesn’t get done before the last week just isn’t worth it. Enjoy and relax before your wedding.
Thank you for sharing your wedding with us! Now on to photos!
