I have finally entered my finally month as an engaged woman and I have to say….the wedding can’t come soon enough.
Throughout my engagement, I thought I feel very differently than I do right now. For most of my engagement, I was almost sad about the fact that this period would soon come to an end. After all, the engagement period is so fleeting and wedding planning can be so fun and exciting.

Now that I’ve reached the final stretch, I’m starting to feel differently. The last-minute planning is definitely the most stressful, at least in my experience. Between all the celebrations, my full-time job, other work commitments, family obligations, nurturing a relationship with my fiancé and worrying about fitting in exercise, it seems like there’s no time for wedding planning. I’m excited to have one less thing on my plate and I am so ready to finally become my fiancé’s wife.
I know that feeling this way -overwhelmed and impatient to the point that I almost resent my wedding – is not good. I want to enjoy this last month before my life changes. It’s so important that I make memories that I’ll always cherish – and it’s now or never because my wedding is coming in 24 days, whether I’m ready for it or not.
With that being said, I’d love to ask you, dear readers. How did you make sure you were enjoying and making the most of your last few weeks as a fiancee? Do you wish you had done things differently? Did you feel sadness when your engagement came to an end? Tell me everything!
