This lovely couple had a mashup traditional Hindu and Jewish lesbian wedding.  Both of their families were pouring over during the Baraat and ceremony.  What a happy day!

This beautiful Maharashtrian wedding was full of love and gentleness.  Sameer and Amit strongly believe that India will legalize homosexuality some day, and until then they're happy and honeymooning in Mexico.

Rani & Sonia

Beautiful couple in a beautiful setting, this wedding ticks all the boxes.  They exchanged vows while barely keeping in the tears (and I promise you'll tear up a bit watching their wedding video).

This exuberant 'Hinjew' wedding took place in Quebec, Canada and was attended by 200 supportive friends and family members.  And as both Jewish people and Indians love to dance, the reception saw a bunch of Horah and Bhangra action.

These two had a beautiful country barn wedding accented with Indian bits and bobs, reflecting the backgrounds of both grooms.  Instead of a havan to witness their union, they opted for a keepsake lantern, expertly mixing both of their heritages.

Jadau Jewelry - Cascading Elegance

Jadau is one of the oldest styles of jewelry craftwork in India today.  It was originally worn by Mughal royalty and it only ever used pure gold and precious stones, most commonly uncut diamonds.  The somewhat rough-hewn quality of the gold base around the uncut Polki diamonds makes the pieces look antiquated and almost tribal.
